Wills and Estate Planning

At Midlothian Estate & Elder Law, our attorneys and staff take the time to understand our client’s specific plans and goals before recommending and drafting any documents. Because each client is unique, we do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead of assuming your needs, we engage clients in a pre-meeting questionnaire (pdf) that serves as the starting point for our initial consultation. The insight gleaned from our interview presents a clear picture of the specific ways we can best help our clients reach their goals.
