Christopher L. Tomlin

Chris Tomlin focuses his practice on estate planning. Chris has extensive experience in designing and drafting estate plans, and he takes pride in creating customized plans to suit each client’s specific needs.
After graduating from Catholic University law school, Chris worked for an estate planning law firm in Northern Virginia for 17 years, before joining Midlothian Estate and Elder Law in 2024.
During law school, Chris participated in the Krakow International Business and Trade Summer Law Program, studying with American and Polish law students in Krakow, Poland. He also spent a summer in Harrisonburg, Virginia, volunteering as a law clerk at Blue Ridge Legal Services, a legal aid clinic providing legal assistance to low-income residents of the Shenandoah Valley.
Chris lives in Midlothian, Virginia, with his wife and daughter.
